The Olympic distance: an accessible format — but far from easy!

A dynamic and demanding course set in the unspoiled landscapes of the Lalbenque-Limogne Community.

Limited to 300 athletes, the M-distance is the perfect opportunity to take on a full sporting challenge — combining performance and pleasure.

Friday, September 25

🕓 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Bib pick-up

Saturday, September 26

🕕 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Bib pick-up

Sunday, September 27

🕗 8:00 AM: Bib pick-up and village open
🚲 8:15 AM: Transition area opens
🔒 10:30 AM: Transition area closes
🏊 11:00 AM: Start of the M-distance swim
🏁 1:00 PM: First athlete expected at the finish line
⏱ 3:00 PM: Last athlete expected
🏆 2:30 PM: M & S Awards Ceremony – Official closing of the Saint-Cirq Lapopie Triathlon

⛔️ Cut-off times

🕒 T1 exit: after 1h00 of racing (12:00 PM)
🚴 T2 exit: after 2h45 of racing (1:45 PM)
🏃 At 5 km on the run course: 2:30 PM

⏱ Total time limit: 4 hours of racing (3:00 PM)

🎟 PASS COMPÉTITION

The FFTRI competition license is mandatory to participate.

✅ If you have a valid FFTRI competition license → No additional pass required.
❌ If you do not hold an FFTRI license → A Race Pass is mandatory.

The Race Pass provides you with civil liability and personal accident insurance coverage on race day.

Cancellation Policy

A Cancellation Pack is available for €15.

No refunds will be issued to participants who did not purchase the Cancellation Pack.

This pack allows:

A full refund of your registration fee until September 19, 2026
The transfer of your bib to another athlete of your choice (at the current registration rate)

⚠️ Registrations cannot be transferred to a future edition.
