Your adventure begins with a 1.9 km swim in the calm waters of the Lot River — an accessible and enjoyable out-and-back course.

Then comes the 90 km bike ride through the Quercy limestone plateaus: a first loop of 50 km followed by a second loop of 40 km, blending fast sections with stunning scenery.

Finally, you'll take on a flat 21 km half-marathon, an out-and-back course along the Lot, featuring an unforgettable stretch on the towpath and through the heart of the iconic village of Saint-Cirq Lapopie.

🏊 9:00 AM: Start of the L-distance swim
🏁 1:30 PM: First athletes expected at the finish line

⛔️ Cut-off times

🕒 T1 exit: after 1h15 of racing (10:15 AM)
🚴 At 55 km on the bike course: 1:00 PM
🕓 T2 exit: after 5h45 of racing (2:45 PM)

⏱ Total time limit: 8 hours of racing (5:00 PM)

🎟 PASS COMPÉTITION

The FFTRI competition license is mandatory to participate.

✅ If you have a valid FFTRI competition license → No additional pass required.
❌ If you do not hold an FFTRI license → A Race Pass is mandatory.

The Race Pass provides you with civil liability and personal accident insurance coverage on race day.

Cancellation Policy

A Cancellation Pack is available for €20.

No refunds will be issued to participants who did not purchase the Cancellation Pack.

This pack allows:

A full refund of your registration fee until September 19, 2026
The transfer of your bib to another athlete of your choice (at the current registration rate)
