Dive into the heart of the Lot and Célé valleys for a legendary challenge: 3.8 km swim, 180 km bike, and 42.2 km run through the unspoiled landscapes of the Quercy region.

🏊 Swim – 3.8 km
An out-and-back course in the calm waters of the Lot River, with a spectacular sunrise start.

🚴 Bike – 180 km / 2050 m elevation gain
Two demanding loops through the Quercy limestone plateaus. Breathtaking landscapes… and burning legs!

🏃 Run – 42.2 km / 355 m elevation gain
A flat marathon along the riverside, featuring a magical stretch on the towpath and a passage through the iconic village of Saint-Cirq Lapopie.

🎟 PASS COMPÉTITION

The FFTRI competition license is mandatory to participate.

✅ If you have a valid FFTRI competition license → No additional pass required.
❌ If you do not hold an FFTRI license → A Race Pass is mandatory.

The Race Pass provides you with civil liability and personal accident insurance coverage on race day.

Friday, September 26

🎟 Race bib pick-up: 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM
🚲 Transition area opens: 4:30 PM
🔒 Transition area closes: 8:45 PM

Saturday, September 27

🚲 Transition area opens: 6:00 AM – 6:45 AM
⏱ XXL start: 7:00 AM
🏁 First athletes expected at finish line: 4:30 PM
🌸 Flower ceremony (Top 3): 5:00 PM

Sunday, September 28

🏆 XXL awards ceremony: 9:00 AM

XXL Distance:
17-hour race limit

🕒 T1 exit: after 2h15 of racing, i.e. 9:15 AM
🚴 At 90 km on the bike course: expected around 1:45 PM
🕕 T2 exit: after 11h00 of racing, i.e. 6:00 PM
⛔️ Cut-off at the 30th km of the run: 10:30 PM
🏁 You must finish before midnight to be officially ranked.

Cancellation Policy

A Cancellation Pack is available for €25.
No refunds will be issued to participants who did not purchase the Cancellation Pack.

This pack allows:

A full refund of your registration fee until September 20, 2025
The transfer of your bib to another athlete of your choice (at the current registration rate)
